We are not the only website trying to warn the public about Jerry Airola.
Search on Google using terms such as "Jerry Airola" and "lawsuit" and "Silver State" to find current sites.
There was for several years a major site called "The Silver State Truth" devoted to exposing Jerry Airola's scams, but was recently taken over by Jerry himself and now directs to his own SSH company!
In public forums, Jerry and his Silver State accomplices will often show up as "Guest" members, and try to leave comments contradicting or belittling victims of Silver State Helicopters. Read between the lines of anyone leaving comments defending this crook and they'll become obvious.
Read Jerry's Bio as originally published on his website. This was just one of the sources of his false claims to being a peace officer. He has recently removed this and drastically limited its text in hopes people won't follow his true career path:

Many citizens have been shocked to watch this man lie through his teeth, and continue to insist he holds valid law enforcement credentials despite undeniable documentation and other proof to the contrary.

The truth of the matter is that Jerry Airola is a professional con-man who has spent his entire adult life defrauding people, in one fraudulent business enterprise after another.

HE STARTED EARLY, FOLKS
We can trace Jerry Airola's corrupt enterprises all the way back to his very first job after leaving high school at age 18. At that time, he went to work for an outfit called "W.I.S.E. Communications."
WISE stands for "World Institute of Scientology Enterprises."
It is a known front for recruitment of unsuspecting victims into the Scientology racket. Some have said that WISE is "the single most lucrative dissemination line for the Scientology cult."
Most of the businesses run by Scientologists are members of WISE. Many WISE companies are "management consultant" firms that hold seminars for dentists, veterinarians, chiropractors, and other professionals, promising to help them "boom" their businesses with a spectacular new management technology. Although they don't say so at the outset, of course, they mean the Scientology method of brainwashing.
These consulting firms go into a business, put Scientologists in administrative positions in the company, and then try to convince the owners and staff that the only way they will ever really be successful is by handling those personal problems that are holding them back.
How to handle these personal problems? By getting auditing at the nearest Scientology induction center, of course. The unsuspecting victims like those ensnared by Jerry Airola in his years in this WISE scam can eventually expect to be bilked out of $20,000 or more, some have estimated up to $300,000!
Here's how a typical WISE racket like that operated by young Jerry would work. Scientology would stand to rake in such huge profits from every victim inducted into the ranks, that they would pay "commissions" or kickbacks to whichever WISE office was responsible for sending the victim their way.
Obviously Jerry's parents did a miserable job of raising a decent and ethical child. If you'll note from the sidebar to the left, they eagerly colluded with him, and even moved to Ventura so that the three of them could join together in their money-making Scientology recruitment empire.

...these students would get fed-up with the lack of progress and quit, then SSH would point the finger and say to the student "your schedule wasn't good enough for us" and they would take their fat contract cancellation fees and over-priced "reverted" rates (because the student quits he does not get the "special" rate anymore) or some contracts dont let you get ANY refund.
So lets say you are in training for one year and get your private license...and you decide this crap is taking way too long....you are 50-70 hrs down the hole = $15000-20000 plus contract cancellation ($3000, $6000, $10000, or full remainder). "
